
FINISH POMMEAU DE BRETAGNE AOC
This vintage was born from an encounter between two worlds where stories and know-how intersect. A meeting between the Gorvello distillery located in Brittany and specialized since 1984 in the production of spirits made from cider apples, and the Montebello distillery which has been giving life to exceptional Guadeloupean rums for nearly 100 years.

- Smell: Flattering nose with lots of depth and complexity. Bewitching blend of roasted apples, melted butter and precious wood.
- Taste: In the mouth, this rum is very fatty and generous with a nice freshness. A dessert with cooked apple, Breton shortbread and candied citrus fruits. The finish dies down gently, leaving a tarte tatin flavor.

FINISH WHISKY BRETON AU BLÉ NOIR
This vintage was born from an encounter between two worlds where stories and know-how intersect. A meeting between the Menhirs distillery, a Breton family distillery, the only producer of 100% black wheat whiskey, and the Montebello distillery which has been giving life to exceptional Guadeloupean rums for nearly 100 years.

- Smell: Expressive bouquet with an opening of fresh butter, pear, candied lemon zest and grilled buckwheat.
- Taste: Generous and slightly saline. Grilled cereals, buttered Breton pancake and brioche. The finish on the palate ends in a milky spirit with notes of candied lemons.

FINISH CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET

A meeting between the François Carillon estate, recognized for its great white Burgundy wines, and the Montebello distillery, which has been bringing exceptional Guadeloupean rums to life for nearly 100 years.

- Smell: Captivating bouquet marked by walnuts, vine peach, cocoa bean and ripe grapes.
- Taste: Silky and delicious opening with nuts, maple syrup, eucalyptus, pastry cream, the woodiness is melted and very pleasant.

FINISH PULIGNY MONTRACHET
This vintage was born from an encounter between two universes where stories and know-how intersect. A meeting between the François Carillon estate, recognized for its great white Burgundy wines, and the Montebello distillery, which has been bringing exceptional Guadeloupean rums to life for nearly 100 years.

- Smell: Gluttony and complexity are the key words. Pastry universe with nuts, precious wood, dried flower petals and apricot stones.
- Taste: Opening with lots of roundness with a touch of liveliness, raisin, vinous touch, minerality and small tangy red fruits.

FINISH CONDRIEU AOC JARDIN SUSPENDU
This vintage was born from an encounter between two universes where stories and know-how intersect. A meeting between the Pierre Jean Villa estate, undisputed figure and president of the AOC Condrieu, great white wine from the Côte du Rhône region. As well as the Montebello distillery which has been bringing exceptional Guadeloupean rums to life for nearly 100 years.

- Smell: Powerful and expressive in a fruity-floral blend. Juicy stone fruits, rose, pear and redcurrant lull us.
- Taste: The opening is fruity and elegant. Stone fruits dominate once again with nectarine and vine peach. We also find candied exotic fruits, white flowers, Mirabelle plums and wild strawberries.

FINISH CHARRON
Cette cuvée est née d’une rencontre entre deux univers où histoires et savoirfaire se croisent. Une rencontre entre le domaine de Charron, petit producteur des Landes, réputé pour ses Armagnacs millésimés Bruts de fûts, et la Distillerie Montebello qui donne vie depuis près de 100 ans à des rhums Guadeloupéens d’exception. Finish en fût de Bas-Armagnac millésime 1990 pendant 584 jours.

- Smell: Intense and delicious, dominated by red fruits, grapes, berries and a touch of nuts, notably almond.
- Taste: Rich and balanced, with notes of raisins, warm spices and a hint of anise on the finish.
