THE GUADELOUPE KITCHEN FESTIVAL

The Guadeloupe cooks’ festival, an unmissable event in Guadeloupe.
Saturday August 12, 2023, adorned with their most beautiful outfits in madras, embroidery and lace, they celebrated in the streets of Pointe-à-Pitre.

For 107 years, these Guadeloupean women have been recognized for their culinary talent and their role in preserving and transmitting Creole gastronomic culture.

This year their godfather, Ernest Moutoussamy, as well as the president of the association, Rony Théophile, were “baptized” with Montebello agricultural white rum.

We are proud that our agricultural rums are present to mark a part of Guadeloupean history and culture.
