At the heart of the distillery, a Creole column over 15 meters high has stood proudly for decades. It is this column that transforms the fermented sugar cane juice into a unique agricultural rum. This rum is the soul of a know-how passed down through five generations of distillers, a know-how that is expressed here in all its power and purity.

Distilled in April 2023 from yellow canes, this Brut de Colonne, bottled at 79%, captures the richness of Guadeloupe’s agricultural rum. With a rest of more than 18 months, this Brut de Colonne will surprise with the intensity of its aromas.
